The Ultimate Stretch for Knee & Back Pain

The goal when you exercise is to FEEL GOOD.


If you are walking into or out of workouts in pain that is NOT GOOD.

If you are walking through or around life in pain that is NOT GOOD.

If you are having lower back pain, knee or ankle pain it could have something to do with your hips. Everything is connected!


In this youtube video, I go into a little bit more detail about where your problems could be coming from and why. Then the workout starts at 1:20.


Perform these stretches once a day for a week and let me know how you feel.

Then do 'em every day -- you'll be hooked.
